Service has turned awful! I don't know what's happened in the last 3 months here, but the service has gone completely in the toilet. I have tried to get a prescription refill for the past 2 weeks, and despite multiple calls to the office and messages left for the nurse I have received nothing, not even an acknowledgment of my calls. Today, my wife is sick and needs to get in for treatment for a sinus infection, and they are leaving the phone off the hook.
mrs Before when I went the front staff was very friendly they had a very pleasant happy young lady up front.But I guess she is gone and there is a rather large red headed lady up front who is VERY VERY RUDE.The doctors are so nice I can't understand why they have such a RUDE lady at the front.I think the doctors need to find the 1st young blonde lady that worked the window for years.Other than that the doctors are great !!
mrs I had an appt at noon ! They made me wait 2 hous I was very upset about this and when I questioned it They said the doctor had overbooked his schedule and now he could keep up.It was horrible there was a screaming baby in there and all these people were wearing cover over there faces and everyone was coughing.I wasn't there because I was sick ,but Im sure I will be sick now !The office manager came out,but her fat self was so rude I dont know how you call that an office manager.I dont know how she manageing after I sat t... read more
DR MCLAUGHLIN IS THE BEST! THIS HAS BEEN OUR FAMILY DOCTOR FOR 7 YEARS NOW. THERE ARE OTHERS AS WELL, BUT MY REVIEW IS ONLY FOR THE DOCTOR, BUT I CAN SAY THE OFFICE IS NICE THOUGH. THEY DO NOT GO OUT OF YOUR WAY TO TALK TO YOU, BUT HEY, THIS IS A DOCTORS OFFICE! THE NURSES ARE GREAT. DR MCLAUGHLIN IS FANSTASTIC IF YOU WANT MY RECOMMENDATION. HE REALLY LISTENS TO YOU AND HE HAS EVEN MET US AT HIS OFFICE ON EASTER WHEN WE CALLED TO SAY SOMEONE WAS ILL. (HOW MANY DOCTORS DO THAT!)
