Tried to be seen here and I called first they said to come on in. I walked in and they said there was not a provider on site. This was at 9:05 (they open at 8). They said they didn’t know if one would come and if so when it would be. What poorly ran facility. Government facility!!
If I could rate them a 0 star I would the time it takes for the appointments and to get your medication is insane… I’ve called multiple times I always do and they suck bad I hope this places gets shut down or maybe someone more competent could run this place it’s a sorry JOKE…..

NP Chrystal Davis is angel from heaven. She is excellent within her job field, and she takes the time to attentively listen to your problem before making a diagnosis like most doctors. Lastly she really cares about her patients. The whole facility is extremely nice & welcoming. I also like the fact that they still take Covid 19 very seriously and require staff & patients to wear mask .
