I’ve really enjoyed living at Mt. Pleasant Apartment! The town homes are spacious and the layout with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms works perfectly for my family. One of my favorite features is the private fenced backyard—it’s great for relaxing outside and perfect for pets. Management has also been very responsive and easy to communicate with whenever I’ve had questions. They dug a giant hole in my parking spot and just covered it with dirt?? This was over a month ago and no one has responded to us asking why I have a mud pit that I hope doesn't start to sink. Not to mention that I pay $300 a year for this parking spot. Where does the money go if it's not for fixing problems like this? Who's wallet is getting full from all of us paying for parking? I can't fully pull into my spot without worrying about getting stuck.
Very well kept, quiet complex, they keep up on all maintenance and the apartment was SUPER clean when we moved in. Sunshine is an excellent manager, she is good at communicating but also very nice. Overall we recommend these apartments to anyone looking for one.
I have lived here for three years now and have gone through a few managers. Our current manager Sunshine has got to be one of the best human beings I have came across. The support as a resident is amazing and the community really has enjoyed her from the moment she took over. I can speak for many here, it’s a great place to live.
