Overpriced, unreasonable, go somewhere else – The shop is highly disorganized and quite overpriced. After pinning my dress the owner told me it would cost $130 for the alterations. I told her I thought that was extremely high as the alterations were not that complicated and the dress only cost $110. She then said that I needed to pay her $10 for her time pinning the dress. BEST ALTERATION SHOP IN THE STATE O SOUTH CAROLINA! – She was very very friendly and kind. Helpful and she is very honest. She never over charged if anything she under charged! She is not only someone you can go to when you need work done but also a lifetime friend. She does the most amazing work ever! Ms. Heidi you really truley are a sweetheart.
Go somewhere else!! – I went here to get a few pairs of pants hemmed. First, she wasn't very friendly. Then she definitely over charged me (about $70). I think she guessed out of the blue. She didn't give me a definite answer of how much it cost to hem each pair of pants. And then she told me it would take 3 weeks for it to be finished! Please don't waste your time and money!
Not personable, not good--do not recommend – I do not recommend for a wedding dress. She wasn't personable which I think is important with such a big purchase. And, than, the job was horrible. My mom is currently on the phone trying to call someone to fix the mess she made to the top of my dress. I partially blame myself because I didn't try it on there after it was altered. But, now I'm two weeks away from the wedding. But, its not just that it didn't fit right, its that there were stitches sticking out, and it was mis-shap... read more
