Woke company
Mt Pleasant Alarms has changed hands several times in recent years. They no longer are interested in servicing Block Island but glad to collect the monthly monitoring fees. Cancelling service and only posting this to warn others that you are protecting your home with someone that cant be bothered to service existing clients
Very disappointed with lack of service. Multiple calls unreturned! Tried for months to get someone to come out to repair system. Always ready to come and install equipment and systems but NOT there when problems come up. I stuck with this company for years. I’ve spent thousands on system including video surveillance sophisticated monitoring. Very ironic to depend on this company for security and to be left hanging with NONE!!
Dennis and his sons have been taking care of our family alarm needs since 1989! The best in the business.
