Took my 2014 F-150 in for an assessment and PCM update related to a lead frame recall on the transmission after I started experiencing hard shifting, stuck in gears when at a stop, and erratic shifting (particularly in lower gears). These were all hallmark symptoms of the lead frame failure Ford has know about for over a decade and has done nothing to fix.
