This place is a joke. Took my 24 ram in for warranty. The transmission was replaced at 60,000 miles by Jeff Wyler and the transmission is out again at 90,000 miles and the let my tuck just sit in the shop and told me they do not know what to do with it. My truck is 100% under warranty, so you fix it. I had to tow my truck back to Jeff Wyler's to get it fixed. They lost a good customer.
I visited this dealership to look at a vehicle after being told over the phone that I could come by around 6:30 PM. I actually left work early and arrived around 6:00 PM. While I was doing my normal walk-around inspection of the outside of the car, the owner came up to me and told me to hurry up and test drive it because they were closing soon. My husband and I both bought new vehicles here and highly recommend Carlos Watkins! Carlos made the process a breeze while consecutively working on two deals! As we were his first double deal he even went out of his way to remember what energy drinks my husband and I prefer. Then had them in the car as a gift ready to go when the deal was done. The absolute worst parts experience ever. Auto zone and advanced have more professional and smarter personnel even when they ask what color it is. I called and asked for “crankshaft main bearings” give the guy my vin and he asks again what I need I respond main bearings. He asks what kind, I say engine crankshaft main bearings for the third time and he gets very angry and tells me there are many bearings.
