Went in for oil change and rotation. Scheduling was easy and they got to work right on time. When the technician got delayed a bit they were quick to apologize and gave me $20 off my service. Have always been pleased with the diligence, customer service, and quality of Mt. Orab Automotive.

I worked with Sydney Porter purchasing my car. She was professional and really on top of things. But where i was impressed was how attentive she was. Contacting me the next day letting me know what was going on with my car. Also while waiting for the financial end of things she kept me informed on timing since I needed to get to work. She even waited for me after getting my paper work done in less then 10 minutes I might add. I highly recommend this location, worth the drive out to Mt orab.
