Sorry as hell place to load out of Rude they employees- poor communication They will walk around looking lost the entire time . Poor management you ask me . They need a better coach on respect for the drivers and fellow employees.
Very bad experience picking up a load at this place. I checked in at 10:00 a.m., and more than four hours passed without being assigned a dock door. I had to call and message several times before they finally gave me one. When I went to back into the door, it had already been assigned to another driver at the same time. You MUST come to the registration at 103 Talton Avenue. (two minutes from the main address of 232 NE Church Rd) There is a night parking there, you can arrive at night, 2 toilets, a vending machine. There's a small building there. Go in there, there are screens - register and wait for a message with the door number. Then you drive to the address 232 NE Church Rd. You park and that's it. We arrived at 1:50 pm, and uploaded at 5:15 pm.
Been here 5 hours, still not even in a door. When I got here at 9am there weren't many trucks here at all. I was told to be here between 7am - 11am. I don't know why anyone would pick up here. This will be the last time I come near this place. And your pickles suck. Update, finally left at 4:10 p.m. an entire day wasted at the pickle people.
