I've never been so verbally attacked by a doctors office in my life. The nurse was so unbelievably rude to me. Talking down that I didn't do exactly what they asked me to do.
I have been a patient at this location for 7+ years. The staff does an excellent job, including nurses, PAs and the people working in the lab. Dr Alexander is my PCP and she works with me when it comes to my care, instead of dictating. I appreciate the way she recommends a medication for a trial period and checks back to see if I'm doing well on it before proceeding with a longer term Rx. Thank you all for your professionalism and your care.
The doctors office itself it a helpful place and I love my doctor I have now. But the doctor I had first her name was doctor Thall. it was my first visit with her so we we’re going over everything and the only thing she cared about was me losing weight! I’m not even 170 pounds so I don’t think my weight is a big issue and she would not stop taking about how I need to eat better and start exercising, which I understand they are supposed to help keep you healthy but I’m a little cubby but I’m healthy and that she be all that m... read more
I literally just got hung up on by a nurse. She was going on about demographics sheets and was very upset that I was transferred to her to fax an ultrasound order so the test could get done. Absolutely ridiculous.
