Avoid this facility at all cost! Its run by a tyrant named Jackie Showalter. She has a complete lack of compassion for any patient no matter how severe the situation. Consistantly screws with Dr. recomendations to suit her own twisted ideals. I honestly dont see how this place hasnt been thoroughly investigated because of her manipulative and derrogatory practices. She alone is causing a bad name in the pain management/health care feild. Stay Away!!
