I can only give one star as it took two days for a return phone call only to be told they actually don’t take the insurance they say the do on their website - I learned this after a second phone call from them hours later that second day. Very misleading. It’s a hook - they’re trying to book appointments for other therapists. Beware.
It was a nice office, but when I called I literally stated what I would be needed to be seen for. When I got there, I was told he couldn’t help me and that he was new at this. Just strange. Wish I was told this before I scheduled an appointment and wasted my time.
Haven’t been for a while, but Bethany Kitchen was awesome. Super helpful!
This office is absolutely beautiful. The inside is so welcoming and cozy. Bethany Kitchen is incredible. I've felt like my needs have been addressed and I couldn't ask for a better experience. Hannah, who takes care of the billing is so friendly and easy to work with. Hands down, I would recommend this office to anybody. Its an incredible asset to the community in and surrounding Payson.
