I absolutely have loved coming here for my OB/GYN needs. The staff is so amazing and friendly. Dr Bertoldo has been a light to my husband and I. He helped us get pregnant, and stay pregnant, with our rainbow baby. He also helped us when we struggled to get pregnant again. We ended up doing IUI and the process was so simple and low stress. Honestly awful. Reception was rude when I asked a billing question. Came in for tests and got a lecture and judgement, without the doc even asking any health questions related to why I needed those tests. Didn't hear back on my test results, just got a prescription notification from my pharmacy that a medication was being filled. Called the following Monday to ask about my results and I ended that phone call with more questions than answers. I really had high hopes because I had heard good things.
I had a full hysterectomy and bladder repair 6 weeks ago. I saw Dr. Bertoldo at the recommendation of my current OBGYN. I was nervous, but it was honestly the best experience. Never felt any pain at all. My husband had to keep reminding me to take it easy and watch the lifting restrictions because I felt so good. I didn’t use any pain medicine. Melissa and Madison were really sweet, I appreciate good customer service! Dr. Anderson is great and professional! He is very funny as well! He caught Cancer in my tumors when other doctor said they were not cancerous! Glad I switched to him. Thank you guys!! In waiting room for an exam.
Dr. Craig is an excellent doctor! She has an impressively extensive experience and guided me safely through a high-risk pregnancy. I truly believe she saved my life!!
