In today’s world, it’s hard to know which reviews are genuine, especially when you constantly hear people asking, “Would you mind leaving a review on Google?” But this one is completely spontaneous. The best women’s clinic ever. Dr. Craig is the most amazing, beautiful doctor I’ve ever met! I’m a very anxious, introverted person, and having her as my doctor helped me a lot in my pregnancy journey. I hope she won’t retire until my last pregnancy 😅. The nurses and midwives there are the sweetest, genuine people too! So thankful for all of them 💕
They never answer your call, and I’ve sat for hours on their website trying to message a “live nurse” and they have never gotten back to me. Everytime I go in for a concern they make me feel dumb and unimportant, now google is my OB doctor because I’m scared to voice my concern to them and feel dumb
Update... The office manager was wonderful to work with and kept very open comminution and did everything she could to help our family get our issues resolved. Here lies the on going problem... Mt. Naomi Billing Department. Despite our efforts and the office managers efforts the billing department has a horror to deal with. They tried to collect multiple times on bills that were already paid in full through out the entire pregnancy and even after delivery. Dr.Anderson was the most amazing, caring, attentive OB. He answered all my questions & was available any time I needed help. Overall made my pregnancy & birth a very easy experience.
