This was a while ago, using a burner email, but this happened. We were charged $600 for a one-mile tow off I-79. There was a towing fee, a helper fee, and a gate fee. When we called to retrieve our vehicle, we were told they were closing in ten minutes and we would have to wait overnight. When we returned during their very limited morning hours, we were charged a much higher bill than expected with multiple fees added, and told it was the “standard rate.” Extremely frustrating experience for stranded drivers.
