One of our trucks was headed north on I75 when something snapped on the front suspension. Quick search brought up Mt Morris Auto Repair. Even though they already had a full schedule, they were able to take a quick look to find the issue. Upon further inspection there was more damage, keeping me informed of where we were at with repairs. The wrong parts were delivered to them and they went out of their way to get the right parts from a location that does not deliver. Highly satisfied with service. Extremely helpful and easy to work with. As a woman I am always hesitant and worried about getting taken advantage of. They were up front about the cost of the diagnostics, showed proof of the issue (including providing pictures) and fixed my van within a day. I am so grateful for their help. If I need repairs in the future they will be my first call. Thank you again!
