I applied for a raw land loan and was 99% through the loan process until my loan officer asked me a personal financial question that should not have pertained to me obtaining the loan i had applied for. Upon my response he told me i would have to supply further documentation i explained that i would not be able to provide it. I asked several times if it was necessary and was told yes each time. I ended up pulling from the deal only to then be told that the paperwork was no longer necessary.

I was customer with Mt. McKinley for several years, but in the last two or so I began to butt heads with their overzealous fraud protection algorithm and ultimately decided that I no longer needed the frustration. According to a representative on the phone, Mt. McKinley's system automatically assumes that purchases made from gaming related companies like Microsoft and Sony are highly likely to be fraudulent and will add "points" to your account ever time a purchase is made from them.
