The receptionist staff was not as professional as they should be especially when it came to confidentiality. I saw Jeremy Hilton and like others have said I agree with the statement that he was more damaging than helpful. Whenever I was optimistic about my efforts he’d do the opposite of acknowledging it. Poor business practices, they kept sending bills, I kept calling to pay it, They would never call back. I kept screen shots of my calls and of no return calls. They would not send to insurance, they turned it over to collections because it must have been easier then calling to get a CC payment as requested on there voice mail. that now gets all my records to fight with. TO STAY SAFE --STAY AWAY FROM THEM

The desk staff specifically Kristen wasn’t super kind and was argumentative with me the morning of an appointment.
