Great experience from start to finish. Communication was excellent, with appointment reminders beforehand and emailed receipts afterward. I saw Mona for physiotherapy and was really impressed by the level of care she provided. She was kind, knowledgeable, and thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly and provide exercises to continue at home. I never felt rushed and left feeling well taken care of. Great location with lots of parking too. Highly recommend!
