We had a great experience with Mt. Lake today. We had a lot of questions and the sales woman addressed them all for us. She made the experience enjoyable and we didn't feel like we were being sold at all. We bought a really nice patio set that we needed for years. Thank you guys for taking your time with us.
Love them here! My wife went in last week and spoke with Mike regarding a new pool cleaner. They had a loaner we were able to try. Went back today and purchased and also needed a few other items which they had. We have purchased outdoor furniture for the shore and had them out to service our pool in the past. Highly recommend- great team!
My mom went here for years and I followed suit. For anyone doing their own pool openings and closings and their own maintenance, Mt Lake is such an invaluable resource. I discovered a hole in a DE filter grid and they had a spare ready go. They have o-rings of every size and very knowledgeable employees. Cut down on plastic waste by refilling a 5-gal container of liquid chlorine! Yeah, the prices may seem high, but they stand by their products.
Came to their store looking to purchase patio furniture. Limited selection on the floor. Signs outside stated warehouse sale but all the signs inside stated employees only in the warehouse. Since no employees acknowledged my existence, I just left. Whatever happened to people saying hello and asking if you need any help?? Prices seemed a little high.. $11k for a table and chairs set.
