Absolutely horrible experience with their employee named Bo. He came to my house for a pool service. He drug mud through one of my carpets that caused a very expensive cleaning. On top of that he was very rude to me. I was excited to find someone to service my pool after recently moving here, but go elsewhere unless you want poor customer service. Everyone who answered the phones were great and pleasant, but the service technician Bo was the complete opposite.
The pool service service personnel are fantastic. Jim is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. On more than one occasion he has saved me thousands of dollars. For example; a $20 LCD screen board instead of a $1000 chlorination system; a $5 starter capacitor instead of a new pool pump. They have even done some pool pump repair at no cost on some occasions. The chemicals are a bit pricy, but the service, advice and expertise that you get here is worth it.
We had the best experience today purchasing furniture for our deck. Many friends had recommended Mt. Lake, and we’re so glad that we decided to check them out. They have tons of great inventory in both the showroom and warehouse, and our sales person, Brittany, was amazing to work with. She was knowledgeable and gave us room to shop without feeling any pressure. We bought our furniture at 1 pm and it was delivered to our home 2 hrs later! We would gladly work with them again and will recommend them to our friends. Thank you!
surprised at the low price for chlorine neutralizer
We had a great experience with Mt. Lake today. We had a lot of questions and the sales woman addressed them all for us. She made the experience enjoyable and we didn't feel like we were being sold at all. We bought a really nice patio set that we needed for years. Thank you guys for taking your time with us.
