Came to their store looking to purchase patio furniture. Limited selection on the floor. Signs outside stated warehouse sale but all the signs inside stated employees only in the warehouse. Since no employees acknowledged my existence, I just left. Whatever happened to people saying hello and asking if you need any help?? Prices seemed a little high.. $11k for a table and chairs set.
I was really in a tough spot with a bad filter pump. Chris diagnosed the problem quickly. In desperate need of a working pump for a party the next day he loaned me one that he just finished rebuilding. What a savior! Thank you for exemplary customer service!
Customer service is outstanding! The staff (Britney!) worked tirelessly to solve a problem for us. We could not be happier with the result!
Love the personal service you get a Mt. Lake, if you're having issues seek out their help. Jim is great at troubleshooting issues, he'll take the time you need to make it right. The new location is great, plenty of room and easy parking. I can't say enough about the level of service you get at Mt. Lake.
