When I attempted to fill out the ROI, I was unable to complete it due to lack of information available to me at the time. My brand new therapist was out of the country for the month of January while this was occurring and I could not reach her for said information. Rather than reaching out to me about this, Mt Kulshan Ketamine filled out what I had not for me-begrudgingly and sure let me know about it.
