I called to have the oil changed, blades sharpened and deck repaired. I was told that they were also going to do a diagnostic test for $75. I told her the engine was fine. I only need what I asked for. Her response was, we don’t work for free. She also told me that they didn’t want my business. I could go somewhere else. That’s too bad!
Major language and communication barrier with the service writer at the shop, which is the Owners wife. Which caused a significant overcharge to reset the governor on my pressure washer. I did speak to the owner about this issue. He would not resolve it.
