They have had our mower since August 10th. Like a previous reviewer stated, they never answer the phone. We should have just picked it up when we drove there two weeks ago to get an update. Completely unacceptable with communication. Zero stars. Will be picking up the mower on Monday to take it to a competent business.
Great service oriented business! Great folks! Great service and repairs! Pillars of the community! I highly recommend this establishment
I am unsure if Kenneth is the owner but he was incredibly rude for no reason right from the start. He also tried acting like a know-it-all when he was in fact giving me incorrect information. Not sure how you expect people to give you their business when you have zero customer service skills or even basic manners. I think you need to do better as a human in general.
Friendly, family owned Christian operation, certainly a trusted place I will continue to bring my equipment to be repaired. Thank you Ken!
