We are Extremely Happy with our service we received the other day. Ed was our repair technician that showed up today. He was very Professional, and showed Honest concern for our situation and got right to work. We had our hot water heater go out. He replaced it. His prices are very fair. He kept me in the loop on want he intended to do. He did a great job. Thanks to Ed and Mt. Juliet Plumbing and Leak Detection for coming to our Rescue. Honestly, pretty disappointed. We had to bring in a licensed plumber to document and repair the cause of a leak for a homeowner's insurance claim. We had used MJ Plumbing before, so went with them again. The office staff on the phone had a horrible time trying to understand my home address and email address, which I assure you are not complicated. But worse than that was the tech - I told him my suspicions, told him something was causing a leak in our toilet, etc. But all he did was unclog it, he didn't actually fix the leak... read more

Our experience with Mt Juliet Plumbing was not good. We had a small leak at our washing machine and needed a plumber to find the leak and repair. I ran a cycle and was sure it had to do with the drain hose. We thought it was a loose connection. The plumber went through the cycle, left the valve hose loose, water was pouring out, he frantically turned it off with our plyers and flooded our laundry room. He walked in with no tools, we supplied towels, a wrench and used our own bucket to drain some water from the washer. He was... read more
