I called them early on a Monday morning and they arrived by 9:30 am. The workers were very courteous and did a terrific job. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.
Excellent service! I called yesterday at about 8:30 AM , 05/21/ to schedule an inspection at my residence and was told I could expect a visit by 10:00 or a little later. At 9:45 Michael was parked in my driveway and proceeded to perform a thorough inspection of the premises, including under the house, in the house, and at the WWU valve. I called late Saturday and within 1 hour had someone at the house taking care of a broken pipe they were very polite and understanding of my situation and finished as quickly as possible and showed me pictures of the repairs before leaving would definitely recommend them to anyone
Had a water one leak in the yard. The other guys wanted to charge $3000 to replace the whole line. Mt Juliet plumbing said they would find the leak and repair it for $950, and they didn’t have to tear up the whole yard. They came out the next morning and we’re done in a few hours. The other guys took days to get back to me.
Ed Kelly is very nice. At first glance you will think he doesn’t know what he’s doing but upon completion of the job you can tell that he knows the job to be done professionally. And besides his professionalism he is also a talented person. Highly recommendable.
