My unit was getting old and part of my house didn't heat or cool well. MJ heat and air told me "it's sized right because we sized it ourselves, it's just this old unit, a new one will fix it". Nope, same problem. I reported the issue, they sent two guys out who said they needed to install a fan in the duct and that they would call me the next day. That obviously didn't happen.
