We've been customers of Premier for over 15 years. The downfall of this company has been very apparent over the past few visits, specifically the service department. I've called over 4 times just today trying to get in touch with my service rep and everytime was told she was available and just a minute only to never get in touch. They had my vehicle for over two weeks and could not confirm whether or not my oil change was completed.
