Misdiagnosed my vehicle that they manufactured and ended up paying for a service that wasn’t needed. I’m still having the same issues with my vehicle that I originally brought it in for and they are unable to fix my car returning it with no further solutions. Waste of time and money.
They always service my Jeep Wrangler. Appointments run on time, nice waiting area. Free internet, coffee, and snacks.
My vehicle's transmission is broken. I scheduled an appointment at this service center, and—prior to my visit—I sent them a photo of the vehicle, noted that its height was 10 feet, and asked if the facility could accommodate it. They assured me that there would be no issues. However, when I arrived at the service center with my broken vehicle, I was told that it was too tall, and they refused to repair it. It was a truly terrible experience.
Hands down the best oil change experience i been coming since 2022 I bought my Ram from them .Dan Kirk was very friendly explain everything . Got me in and out quickly highly Recommend I wish I could leave him 10
