I bought a new travel trailer at a great price a couple years ago. They have done the service and maintenance since mine was new. Warranty work was taken care of timely and additional maintenance I wanted was affordable. I highly recommended them not only for purchase for service. Myra and Jason have always answered my questions and I can trust that they are not selling services I don’t need.
Have called and spoke to them on numerous occasions about an awning that we need and was told they would get back to me each time but still have not heard from them. Even left a message for the owner and did not hear back. Very disappointed with service. Wanted to buy from small town local vendor.
We lost brakes to 3 wheels on our fifth wheel resulting in the one good wheel with brakes self destructing from the stress of doing all the braking. . We called Mt. Joy almost at closing time and they waited til we limped in to their facility. They Assured us they could repair the damage the next day. As promised the required parts were secured and our wheel brakes and bearings were put back together.
