We were out of town from Michigan, my symptoms worsened, I came here and had a great experience! Staff was super friendly and nice and the paperwork was simple to fill out for a new patient. I saw Dr. Casey and he did a thorough check and promptly diagnosed me. I highly recommend this place for your urgent care needs!
Casey and Mary are great. I keep coming because I like Casey. He gets you in and out also while educating you on certain things. However, Sherri at the front desk needs an attitude adjustment. I have been coming here for the past 3 years for my DOT physical and after my visit yesterday, I probably will not return. Instead of the woman playing on her phone and being lazy , take some initiative. I had all my paperwork completed and in an email to print she gave me such attitude about that. Excellent service from both office and medical staff, quick yet thorough.
My husband had a low grade fever and a cold for about a week that developed a wheezing cough, which was questionable. New to the area, I googled for a nearby walk-in clinic and found Now Clinic in Mt. Hope. Dr. Casey and his staff were so friendly! We got in and out in less than an hour with meds for sinus infection.
