I hate to send such an un-pleasant message, But I do have to say that Rhododendron 71787 property is far from “professionally cleaned”. The window sills are full of bugs and dirt. The bathroom doors are caked with prints and dirt on the back. The cabinets in the kitchen are unorganized, not wiped down at all and there are kitchen utensils that are broken. Based on our less than desirable experience at the Forest View Lodge, I would not recommend staying at this property. The furniture was not in acceptable condition: couches and beds were sagging with no support, making our stay very uncomfortable. The house itself is quite old as the floors were quite squeaky and the house had a moldy odor. The reason why I'm compelled to leave a review is because we discovered that there were rat droppings in the house, which was very unpleasant. Stay at your own risk! I was charged a $600 cleaning fee. They add on $150 a day cleaning fee right off the bat, then charged me an additional $298 for what appears to be three spots of coffee on the carpet. Ridiculous company ripping off tourists.
