I've had both incredible experiences here and have had some nightmare experiences but I recognize that most of that is due to a terrible gov-run system, not for lack of care from the staff- who truly do want to help veterans, but their hands are tied (mostly by bureaucratic limitations.) The staff try their hardest and try to do as much as they are able. Thank you to all of them for their dedication to veteran healthcare.
Blood draw went perfectly this morning! Please remember to always stabilize the vien!
The nurses and techs are pretty good. The front office isn't terrible either. Some of the doctors there have shown a deep lack of interest in caring for their patients and demonstrate a lack of understanding of basic biology. I also had the worst therapy experience in over ten years...deeply unprofessional and profoundly inappropriate. I know some people have had good experiences at this clinic, but I have not.
