On 8/21 taking road-trip to AC. My Stratoliner rear tire valve gave way and got a flat. Was towed to Mt Holly where they took me right in, repaired the tire and got me back on the road in 1 hour! These guys are great, responsive and charged me a fair rate. Met the owner who was very friendly too. I couldn't have gotten towed to a better place. These place is 1st rate in customer friendliness and satisfaction. Wish I lived closer as I would have this team as my chosen repair facility. Kudos Mt Holly. Phil G - Manalapan, NJ

I called on on a Monday morning at 10:30 am so that I could have my parts by Thursday for my daughter's bike, so we fix it and she could go on a trip for Friday. Called that Wednesday to see if they were in and was told that they were never ordered. Asked why and all they could tell me was that they don't have anything in there system that i called or ordered anything. I've lived in the area for years and have gone and called multiple times. Staff has almost always been short on answering questions or providing any assistance. For instance, I just got off the phone with them a minute ago...I called asking if they had any headlight mounting accessories. To my surprise they responded as follows: "No, sorry". *Click*.
