I have been taking my pets to Mt Helena Vets for well over a decade now & have always had a great reception & the Ladies both Vets & reception are just so great in all aspects of there work & go above & beyond to make every visit extremely pleasant. They all show amazing professionalism every single time! A great place to take all my girls & they know where they are going & love there visits. What a brilliant team at Mt Helena Vet Clinic. Our 15yr old boy endured a horrible injury and after much care and love the time came to say our goodbye. We hold beautiful, peaceful memories thanks to the wonderful Team and we really appreciate receiving a lovely card, kind words and paw prints shortly afterwards. A very professional yet personal experience thanks to all.
Our new puppy Henry was in need of his next round of vaccinations. MHVC is very convenient for us and they were very good with my son’s dog. I felt very welcome and think Henry will receive friendly, professional care here.
We can not thank the team here enough. Yesterday we had to say goodbye to our beautiful boy diesel and the team here made this a beautiful experience for our family. They were so thoughtful, respectful and we did not feel rushed at all which made it as peaceful as possible. They even gave our daughter a print of his nose and paw and a hair clipping which was such a nice touch.
The most compassionate and understanding veterinary clinic I have ever visited. Amazing service and highly recommend.
