Mt Helen Cattery is wonderful. It was recommended to us and I have no hesitation in recommending to others. There is a range of accommodation available and it is all comfortable, clean and well appointed for cats. Our cat is a rescue so I wanted her to be somewhere warm and secure and a bonus for this accommodation is that it's cats only.
Due to the personal and painful nature of our experience, I cannot relay the details. Very disappointing.
I left my four cats with them for just over two weeks while I was on holiday abroad and was very pleased with the care my cats received. I was given updates when requested, and the cats came back to me in great heath and seemingly not overly stressed by the experience. They were also just very lovely people to deal with from first enquiry to drop off. I am very likely to use them again in future.
They love cats and cats love them! Miranda and Adam and the team at Mt Helen Cattery have created a purpose built facility with the needs of cats and their preferences absolutely front of mind. The cattery is so clean, bright, friendly and (believe it or not) peaceful...our little Burmese cats love a visit here and honestly, I believe that they themselves are on holiday when we are....they love it!
