Horrible customer service starting at the front desk. All the ladies upfront are rude, unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with. They need to terminate the whole front desk staff from the young light-skinned girl to the older black lady. They are ALWAYS RUDE, AND DRY. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.
Don't even bother trying to call they never answer their phones during office hours and they really don't bother checking their voicemails whatsoever! I've called on different days of the week in trying to get in for a dental appointment for this month because last month they were booked full and advised me to call back during June. Well I can't even get a hold of anyone now! Look for a new provider if you can. I know I'm going to.
My biggest problem is that it is sometimes impossible to get an appointment. You cant get anyone on the phone and the voicemail is full.
Terrible experience my family has been going to there dental office for years . I let a lot of things go like not answering the phone and having to come to the location just to make an appointment but today I had enough of this nonsense the rudeness and hygienic dr was just to much attitude with me and me only as I could see the dentist state that she had a lot going on and was having a bad day I got yelled at and arm pulled and a waste of time because I got nothing done my appointment was at 9 I got there at 8:40am didn’t g... read more
