Cant even get a call back from ANGIE HARTMAN THE C.O.O!!! (Edited) Its been 2.5(edited)weeks since my NP said he WOULD call me....thus the following: THCC@ MH Pretty much oughta be shut down. Their brand of "care" is SIMPLY....they dont. The fact this place now has "behavioral help" should worry ANYONE that needs or (knows someone who needs)any kind of "care" or "help." Terrible terrible terrible
Horrible customer service starting at the front desk. All the ladies upfront are rude, unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with. They need to terminate the whole front desk staff from the young light-skinned girl to the older black lady. They are ALWAYS RUDE, AND DRY. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.
Don't even bother trying to call they never answer their phones during office hours and they really don't bother checking their voicemails whatsoever! I've called on different days of the week in trying to get in for a dental appointment for this month because last month they were booked full and advised me to call back during June. Well I can't even get a hold of anyone now! Look for a new provider if you can. I know I'm going to.
