I’ve been coming to this car wash for over 10 years and always tip, even though the quality honestly hasn’t been the best for a while. Today was disappointing and petty enough for me to finally stop coming back. The team accidentally added tire shine to my vehicle, and instead of just leaving it on, the owner repeatedly told them in Spanish to remove it because I didn’t pay the extra $1 for it. Doesn’t do a thorough job! Too many spots that are missed and makes the job looked rushed and a waste of money. I got a full car wash, rims still had dirt on them. Not sure why they would add tire shine to a dirty rim. Rugs were to be cleaned and not cleaned well. Cup holder and inside of the top part of the doors were not cleaned good either. Not really worth it since they don’t sell any goods for the car such as air freshener or wipes.
Great experience! The staff was friendly and efficient, and my car came out spotless. I especially appreciated the attention to detail on the interior. Prices were fair for the quality. I’ll definitely be coming back.
Waiting over an hour in the line that can't turn around or back out of. Don't understand they are usually pretty quick or decent timing. Plenty of staff no reason to waste over an hour in line just to get a partial decent wipe down. Definitely not coming back.
They use cheap bath towels to dry the cars and it scratches the heck out of it . Improper washing technics that are no better than an automatic drive thru tunnel.
