After submitting an inquiry through the website, Alan contacted us the very next day and arranged a test drive. After the test drive, we decided to go ahead with the purchase. He also accommodated our preferred time for delivery and spent time with us late into the weekend explaining the car in detail. On top of that, he gave us a lovely gift. Our first Volkswagen turned out to be a car that exceeded all expectations.
