I’d previously had some dodgy experiences with these guys when they were at Holland Park (not returning phone calls and the like). For lack of better judgement I went to their new site to test drive the Golf. I found it a little lacking in power for me, so I enquired about the GTI on their showroom floor. I recently needed to purchase a part for a vehicle I had bought brand new here. I walked in a lady showed me the parts section. A guy opened the shutters up. The staff member who assisted me (a bald headed man) came across as unfriendly and somewhat dismissive. He provided the parts along with an invoice, but when I mentioned that I needed the invoice issued under a company name, his response was abrupt, saying he wasn’t aware.
