Bought my second vehicle through this group 5 months ago. Mediocre sales experience. However, I returned vehicle for what I believe was a warranty replacement. Before the vehicle had even become stationary in the service bay, someone was already moving to my car and inspecting the 'issue'. As soon as my door opened, I was told it was a wear and tear issue. A couple of years ago I was interested in a runout car and called to book a test drive. I arrive and told they just sold the last one, so I can’t test drive it. They were apologetic and blaming each other for the screw up. Recently, I called about test driving a Polo GTI. Was told they didn’t have one, but took my details and would call me back once he checked when one is coming. Guess what, no call back. Utterly useless. I’ll go elsewhere.
Just purchased a VW T-Cross and couldn't be happier with the customer service! Everyone at the dealership was friendly and efficient and went out of their way to answer all my questions and make my husband and I feel comfortable in purchasing the vehicle.
