Paige was lovely to speak with, she provided all the details necessary for what me and my husband needed to know about the car we were purchasing. I recently purchased my second Volkswagen from this dealership at the new Macgregor location (having purchased my first Volkswagen at the former Mount Gravatt location). The new dealership is beautiful, and occupied by the same helpful staff. Paige was a pleasure to deal with, super responsive, and easy going.
Worst experience. Sales person doesn't want to sell car, doesn't want to explain anything. Went elsewhere and signed a contract for a new car in the same afternoon.
