Just spoke Josh at the part division. He was really handler and treated me as a child. Pretended he didn’t understand my foreign accent. However I gave him a proper part number he just forced me to say the name of the part but I repeated I don’t know. I offered to send him the genuine draw I had but he ignored to give me his email.. Minus 1 service quality👍
My mate picked up his new car, service was sort of friendly but they couldn't wait to get us out of the showroom. Didn't give him a run down (the ins and outs of the car) as they should. No handover. That was disappointing. It was a big purchase for a 2nd year apprentice. That tarnished it.
Mt Gravatt Škoda were fantastic to deal with, we had a great test drive experience and that carried through the whole way to purchase. Highly recommend Steve and the team!
