My first appointment was amazing, 8-5, I saw Dr Mortensen and she was very attentive, asked my concerns and actually talked to me about stuff and explained everything. My second appointment was yesterday, 9-1 and I saw dr Patel, I sat in the room waiting for almost 30 minutes waiting for her to come in, only for her to be rude and slightly pushy with my 2 yo, take 4 pictures and haul ass out the door. Great service quick and easy.
We really like Dr.Bedford, he takes his time and listens to my concerns. We are a medically complex family and he worked with my other providers to make sure we had the best care. He’s really the best provider.
I showed up 15 minutes as requested pre checked in no one was in the waiting room my appointment was at 3pm waited until 3:30 and had to leave. Horrible bedside manner and unprofessional at the front desk
