I showed up 15 minutes as requested pre checked in no one was in the waiting room my appointment was at 3pm waited until 3:30 and had to leave. Horrible bedside manner and unprofessional at the front desk
Dr. Patel is kind, friendly and takes the time to understand all of my needs and concerns. I wish she could be my PCP!!
I suggest going out of town, I wish I would have. Most of the front desk staff is extremely rude. If you work for Freeport you better make sure they know they’ll have to fill out paperwork for your Fmla from both Freeport and MetLife, but good luck trying to get that done. The day I got home from surgery my short term disability called saying they haven’t received anything from their office.
