I suggest going out of town, I wish I would have. Most of the front desk staff is extremely rude. If you work for Freeport you better make sure they know they’ll have to fill out paperwork for your Fmla from both Freeport and MetLife, but good luck trying to get that done. Services sucks
Waited 2 weeks and I'm high risk! I get a call at the end of the day saying Doctor Harrison don't want to see me but can't get in for 2 more weeks! What an absolute mess and inconsideration of an expecting mother! Staff is Rude they absolutely don't care. Also I pre paid!
We really like Dr.Bedford, he takes his time and listens to my concerns. We are a medically complex family and he worked with my other providers to make sure we had the best care.
