We spent two wonderful nights at the Mt. Gardener. Our room (Raven Ridge A) had a spectacular view and was so comfortable. Just what we needed. Easy and beautiful drive up to Mazama where we spent the day exploring and enjoying delicious food and beverages from the bakery and the brew pub. The hosts were so friendly and provided all sorts of extras to make our stay that much better. Highly recommend.
Reviews were great so we booked it. I honestly didn't have huge expectations but it was so nice! Quiet, big huge room, big bathroom and overall super clean. We only stayed the one night but wish we had stayed two because Winthrop was such a cool town to stay in before we drove through Cascades. Definitely book it, stay an extra nigh and explore the beautiful valley running south. Surprised us for sure!
This is definitely a 5 Star winner in the 3 Star category. A small, family run "Inn" of the finest tradition, Mt. Gardner Inn is friendly, comfortable and carefully appointed in every way. Check in had been pre-arranged so there would be no delays. The room was meticulously cleaned and lights were set on in a welcoming manner. Close to shops and restaurants. Super cozy room with a fireplace and huge tub. Perfect spot for a weekend getaway.
