Very lovely showroom and great sales people.
Had a small issue with an Isuzu notification. Rockingham and Victor Harbour dealerships , put it in the too hard basket. Extremely disappointed as we were travelling around Australia and to be told to wait until you get back to where you brought the vehicle is at best 'pathetic'. Been a massive fan of Isuzu and there service before. Still own a 2019 DMax, have believed and still do, that their motor is near on bullet-proof. When geniune parts sre cheaper than aftermarket its a no brainer great staff friendly warm enviroment very helpfiul .
I have not bought an isuzu from.dealership, but close relatives have, have conveyed to me, high level of service offered by this dealership, they bought a new mux few yrs ago, its been an excellent car, very reliable, no problems in 5 yrs, and my inlaws speak very highly of service dept and costs of services/parts all very reasonable,excellent service and advice! The inlaws wanted extra spare tyre, dealership facilitated within week of buying mux! If i was to buy an isuzu mux, i would be sourcing one fr this dealership!!!
