I would rate MT Gambier Isuzu 10 out of 10 for their service and their customer support team, Jacinta and Vivian at the service desk were absolutely wonderful very helpful conscientious and quick in there getting you in and out. My home dealership in Gladstone could learn greatly by this dealership
To Michelle and the people in the service department a big 6 stars. What great service and communication. From QLD and had mechanical issue Sunday before Xmas. Car and caravan towed into Mt Gambier. Long Xmas and New Year without car but it is what it is. Work commenced Jan 5th and Michelle rang on Jan 7th saying all work done. Rescheduling was done to fit us in. Absolutely top-notch service from the service department here. They resolved my issue promptly and professionally, no mucking around. They genuinely understood that I was a long way from home and made the whole process stress-free. Communication was clear, the work was done properly, and I was treated like a person, not a number. Had a small issue with an Isuzu notification. Rockingham and Victor Harbour dealerships , put it in the too hard basket. Extremely disappointed as we were travelling around Australia and to be told to wait until you get back to where you brought the vehicle is at best 'pathetic'. Been a massive fan of Isuzu and there service before. Still own a 2019 DMax, have believed and still do, that their motor is near on bullet-proof.
