We got take out for a large gathering. It was fantastic.
Mt. Fuji Hibachi is hands down one of the best places to eat! From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The hibachi chef was entertaining, engaging, and made the entire experience fun for everyone at the table. The food was outstanding—everything was fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. The hibachi chefs make great food and put on a fun performance. The waitstaff is hit or miss. Some are friendly, others seem to rush you despite going during quiet times. The last time I went half our table was still eating and they were cleaning up and giving us to go boxes and it was 3pm. Floors consistently sticky, not sure why.
Arrive Father’s Day 2026. Was told where to sit. The waitress stopped 3 times while looking at the menu ask if ready to order. Food was good enough but the female server has poor manners that makes your dining experience somewhat regretful. Since Japaneses consider tipping disrespectful, I did not tip the 18+ percentages listed. As we were leaving I heard excuse me.
