Best in Castle Rock – Ambiance fair but sushi is very good; we have always received excellent service. Several different waitresses frequently asked us if we needed anything. The sashimi is a bargain. 3 huge pieces for the price of an order of sushi. New York roll very good.
Super Fun and Great for the whole family – This place is fun and has good food. My husband always says a good sushi place will be out of everything at the end of the night, because they need to keep all their fish fresh. This is true of Mt. Fuji. A few times they were out of what we wanted, they only bring in what they think they can sell. Great Delivery Too When I moved here from New York I knew I was going to miss the sushi being delivered to my door. That was until I found Mt. Fuji. I was very excited to discover that they deliver. Their sushi has been fresh each time we have had it. They are very friendly and seem to recognize my voice when I call now. I won't be back – We just got done eating at Mt. Fuji for the second time. The first time the service was horrendous but after hearing some good things about it we decided to try it again. Again, terrible service, did not recieve what we ordered and when I tried to convey this to them, I was disregarded. Best sushi in Castle Rock – This place is great, the sushi is fresh and well presented and the hibachi is a treat for the whole family. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the food is reasonably priced.
