I haven't been to this gym, but I have seen first hand how the owner, Paul Painter, treats his clients. Not only does he degrade his clients via his assumptions of their workout ability, but he slings insults at clients as if they are weights. There are so many options around, no need to deal with toxic behavior while doing workouts.
Great little Gym and the owner is a great person and I love the way he's doing things there and elsewhere
I started coming here at 59 years old, I worked out many years ago at a gym and never thought I would go to a gym again, paul and Meg are great, members are too,no judgement at all about your strength or level of fitness,LOVE IT HERE !
