I have tried to give this dealership the benefit of the doubt for years but no more! After my 2nd brand new ram having to be returned for problems under 5000 miles, they put me in a Ram 2500. There was a huge sticker on the back windshield that said , "DO NOT SELL THIS VEHICLE". What did they do? Sold it to me. Unlike all the others review, I had a very pleasant experience. My Kia Sorento 2022 needed repairs on both doors on the passenger side after getting hit by car. I first called to get information on the protocols and Frank was very thorough guiding me through all step on the process of repair including for the insurance claim. On the day for drop off, Frank had everything lined up and ready with the rental just a call away. My car was ready for pick up within a week, looking fresh as if nothing ever happened to it. I had a warranty claim approved (it took over 1 YEAR TO GET THE PARTS) I finally got an appointment to do the warranty work and received my jeep back and the color paint did not blend or match. They did not complete the warranty work. I received my jeep back with missing hood clips, broken windshield wiper, scratches from trying to put the doors back on.. The one door does not align and water gets in the jeep. They have not called or emailed me back to correct the on going issues. I feel like they are taking advantage of me ... read more
I had a warranty claim approved (it took months to get the body shop to do anything. I had to escalate it to Dodge/Stellantis). I have been waiting to be scheduled by the body shop for approximately 2 months, now going onto 3 months. This is the worst run business I have ever seen. Terrible customer service
THIS PLACE WAS AMAZING !!! So my car wouldn’t start and I was right in the wawa parking lot , I went across to them just to see if I can get some help as my key had died and it was causing my car not to start .. Nate came across to the wawa looked at my car and then told me it was definitely the battery they changed it for me and Ruben came with Nate the second round to give my car a jump & not to even mention my car is a Nissan and they deal with dodge cars lol I truly appreciate you guys so much !!!
