They sold me a car that should have never passed state inspection even as an "As-Is" purchase. Upon arriving home we found that the horn wires had been severed. They promised to fix the tire pressure sensors and it was not fixed upon arrival. We drove 8 hours to purchase this vehicle and they lied about the condition and things in the vehicle not working properly. We cranked the car at your dealership and made the saleman aware the tire pressure light was still in fact on in the parking lot. We were told before arrival it would be fixed. We were not made aware of the TV's not working until we drove 8 hours to get there, otherwise I would have never come. Although we were disappointed upon arrival, I was willing to purchase the vehicle knowing aftermarket stuff had been done because my husband is a mechanic. Zero Stars! Waiting for resolution to my truck being ruined by the tech at **. Ephraim Dealership. First ruined the motor in my truck by faulty oil change. Second motor (Brand new) ruined by faulty install. No attempt by dealership to solve this problem. Insulted by rude and incompetent staff working in the service department. They made my 2022 truck a death trap.
