Absolutely wonderful experience at Mt Eliza Optical. El Tolan was my optometrist and couldn’t have been more accommodating — I needed an emergency appointment and they managed to squeeze me in around my baby’s afternoon nap (no easy feat!). The whole place has these lovely “ma and pa” vibes — relaxed, kind, and genuinely caring. The staff were all so lovely, even fixing my sunglasses on the spot while I waited. I am happy to say i picked up my new prescription this afternoon, the turn around from test to delivery was 7 days, service was excellent. Thanks Marcus and team.
Great eye wear selection, but not the best customer care. Tried 2x to get my simple multi-focals correct to no avail. Can't fault them for trying, but when the competition gets it right the first time, something is clearly not right. Conveniently located, but not the best.
I have been visiting this optician for nearly 20 years. Marcus and Sarah are both fantastic, very kind considerate and extremely helpful. They provide an amazing service to the community around Mt Eliza, I highly recommend this business to anybody in the surrounding area.
