I am happy to say i picked up my new prescription this afternoon, the turn around from test to delivery was 7 days, service was excellent. Thanks Marcus and team.
Great eye wear selection, but not the best customer care. Tried 2x to get my simple multi-focals correct to no avail. Can't fault them for trying, but when the competition gets it right the first time, something is clearly not right. Conveniently located, but not the best.
I have been visiting this optician for nearly 20 years. Marcus and Sarah are both fantastic, very kind considerate and extremely helpful. They provide an amazing service to the community around Mt Eliza, I highly recommend this business to anybody in the surrounding area.
Each time I visit the shop, Both Marcus and Sarah are so very kind, extremely helpful and considerate. You guy's are so patient when helping me choose the right glasses. Marcus has a eye for getting it right in one or two selections. I can highly recommend this business to anybody looking for new glasses or needing an eye tests.
