Kate has been an incredible help, and wealth of knowledge!! She has helped me with a number of health issues and concerns and I am forever grateful to have found her. A big thank you to all the gorgeous girls on reception as they always go above and beyond too!
I highly recommend Kate! If I have any health concern, I visit Kate. Her knowledge and expertise guide me through tough times, the herbs are great and kick in quickly :) She combines my herbal products with diet and it works. I am so grateful not to poison myself with drugs. She does not waste time, just get to the point, which I really like. The consultation fee and herbs are very reasonable priced. Absolutely lovely staff, great customer experience. Thank you for being here for us!
I didn't have a good experience with this naturopath. Paid $80 for a 15 minute "new client" consultation that was rushed and felt I was listened to at all. It wasn't explained what supplements I was being given and for what reason. Messily written labels were slapped on the containers and handed to the receptionist. Asked receptionist if they accept the pension card, was scoffed at and told "no". Was handed containers by receptionist and told one wasn't in stock so I'll have to come back for it (I don't live near by), howeve... read more
