Good shop but not the Chinese staff lady at the counter annoys me everytime i carried a shopping bag or trolley she always want to see whats inside even i came shortly just to grab veges. And she didn’t do it to other shoppers. She’s the reason i won’t shop anymore if shes there.
Very affordable prices and extremely convenient location, especially for students.
The lady at the counter was very rude and had no manners when speaking to customers. Her attitude was disrespectful and made the experience unpleasant. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in customer service. I strongly suggest providing proper customer service training to ensure staff treat customers with respect and professionalism.
