I've been seeing Dr. Mike for over 6 years to stay healthy and active in CrossFit. He is familiar with the sport, which makes a huge difference in his advice. He takes the time to listen, checks in on your issues, and even follows up after visits to see how you're feeling. I've had various injuries with my shoulder, knee, and calf, and I've been able to keep them under control with effective treatments along with useful mobility and strengthening exercises to do between visits. There have been a few occasions where I've aske... read more

As a competitive CrossFit athlete, my body takes a beating, and injuries and aches are just part of the sport. Dr. Mike has been instrumental in keeping me healthy and performing at my best. Every time I’ve had an issue, he’s helped me work through it—not just with adjustments, but with a full-body approach that actually addresses the root cause. What I appreciate most is that he gives me exercises and mobility work to continue at the gym so I can stay strong and prevent the problem from coming back. He’s also incredibly fle... read more

Dr. Mike was very attentive to my physical impairments hindering me from performing well in the gym. He pointed out some of my limitations that were affecting my strength and conditioning in the gym, wrote me up a personalized protocol to follow and was very diligent on holding me accountable with my "homework." By the time I knew it, the pain from squatting was gone, no more pressure in my lower back and I felt ready to step on stage for my bodybuilding competition!

I highly recommend Dr. Hinderman, who has helped me get back on my feet after a car accident!

Diablo Sport and Spine because I’ve been ramping up my CrossFit training and wanted to improve my overhead strength and mobility, which had always been a weak point despite trying things like massage and random tips online without much consistency or progress. Dr. Mike helped me pinpoint exactly what was limiting me and built a simple, targeted plan that actually fit into my existing training, and now overhead work no longer feels tight or painful—I’m moving better, feeling stronger, and even PR’d my j... read more
