The staff and the leadership structure here is an absolute joke. Being both an oncology patient and an oncology nurse, I have a lot of personal and professional experience to base this decision on. This is further demonstrated by their high attrition rate. If anyone comes in who has innovative ideas or ideas that would threaten the drama and daily grind of the dead-end, underpaid, middle-aged female staff, they're out.
