Honestly, this place is very unprofessional with booking appointments. I have had 3 appointments so far; last time I went I had to wait 45 minutes because they decided not to call to tell me they had an emergency come in so my appointment would be late. The time before and the first time I went, they texted me to “confirm the appointment” then told me to reschedule. This was my 4th time at Mt. Diablo Family Dentist . I wasn't very satisfied with this visit. The staff and work were fine, but the direction and follow through for treatments is very sporadic . The schedulers say one thing and the dentist wasn't on the same page. I came in for cleaning and they changed it to a deep cleaning and I only received half of the cleaning .
One of the best dentist in Bay Area ! Dr Jain and her team is so caring!
Excellent service with a SMILE 😃. I am pleased that was able to get an appointment, after my daughter and son in-law, had good things to say about this voice
