I've been a patient at Mt. Diablo Family Dentists for approximately 5yrs. Dr. Jain, Dental Hygenist, Michelle and assistants are great. Both Dr. Jain and Michelle truly care about your dental care and are very educational. I appreciate the extra time they take when I have questions as well as the tips they give! You guys are the best!
Brought my 6 year old to dr jain for the very first time because of a toothache. I've brought my son to 2 other dentists and wasn't able to do any treatment same day. The other dentists would tell me to bring him back another time or another day. Dr jain did an evaluation with a xray and told me what he needed, how much it would be and what to expect and was able to take care of him same day to take his pain away. I would not recommend the services at this dental office. Patient CARE is not a top priority here. The only employee who is great, is the hygienist. I was going because of her. Today, I was going for a teeth cleaning and without explaining to me what was going on, another lady called my name and told me to follow her. No introductions, no explanations. Do not come here if you need any work done ! Hygienist is great, but this is what my husband had done on his front tooth ! I had to come back two times to have this fixed and still looks horrible and came out this is my husband front tooth and this is how they left him. He will not be returning
