I would not recommend the services at this dental office. Patient CARE is not a top priority here. The only employee who is great, is the hygienist. I was going because of her. Today, I was going for a teeth cleaning and without explaining to me what was going on, another lady called my name and told me to follow her. No introductions, no explanations. Do not come here if you need any work done ! Hygienist is great, but this is what my husband had done on his front tooth ! I had to come back two times to have this fixed and still looks horrible and came out this is my husband front tooth and this is how they left him. He will not be returning
Honestly, this place is very unprofessional with booking appointments. I have had 3 appointments so far; last time I went I had to wait 45 minutes because they decided not to call to tell me they had an emergency come in so my appointment would be late. The time before and the first time I went, they texted me to “confirm the appointment” then told me to reschedule. This was my 4th time at Mt. Diablo Family Dentist . I wasn't very satisfied with this visit. The staff and work were fine, but the direction and follow through for treatments is very sporadic . The schedulers say one thing and the dentist wasn't on the same page. I came in for cleaning and they changed it to a deep cleaning and I only received half of the cleaning .
