I suffered a tib-fib fracture hiking in Acadia. This doctor did the surgery, which reportedly went well. I had full function and sensation of the leg for the first 24-48 hours after surgery. After that I developed severe pain, numbness and partial loss of motion. Dr. Davidson completely changed my life. I came to him as a patient after experiencing chronic foot pain for over twenty years. After operating on my foot, I am now pain free. As a provider, he takes the time to truly listen to patients.
If I could give Dr. Davidson 7 stars I would! While visiting Bar Harbor, I incurred an extremely painful bursitis flare-up. Upon getting a referral to Dr. Davidson from my hotel, I called his wonderful secretary, who got me an appointment the same day. Think 45 minutes: exam, X-rays, diagnosis!
