Ive been eyeing and curious about Mt. Defiance's Amaretto at my local ABC store in Culpeper and today I walk and their sales Rep for the distillery! 'Vesper' Me and another customer wound up buying a bottle each after chatting and tasting with Ms.Vesper! She was knowledgeable about the ingredients and the distilling processes of all the products so big shout out for representing the brand to the max and very well! definitely want to make the journey to the tasting room when I get the chance.
Amazing place! Great service and super tasty drinks. Ciders and delicious, sherry bourbon is dreamy and the absinthe service was unique and fun. Had to take a little bit of each back home with me! Can't wait to go back again.
